Return Policy
What is your policy on returns?
At Different Trends, we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, we will refuse it and ask you to pay to have it returned to you.
Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice that was shipped along with your package. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or Different Trends credit.
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning.
1. What should I do if I no longer have the return form?
If you no longer have it you can get it here: www.differenttrends.com/service/returnpolicy.pdf . Please be sure to include your order number, your email address, and the email address of whoever placed the order. (if they're different.)
2. The item I received was defective or incorrect. Do I have to pay to ship it back to you?
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please send the item back regular mail and include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for express shipping.
3. I sent back a return, but haven't heard anything back.
Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.
